The Galva Arts Council has been dedicated to bringing people together to promote and participate in the arts. A network of volunteers bring a passion for sharing talents with the local community and sponsoring events.
The Arts Council Center, located at 128 Exchange Street, provides the people of Galva, IL and surrounding communities a place to enjoy a variety of visual and performing arts. The Center is home to many activities throughout the year: monthly Coffeehouses, seasonal luncheons, arts & crafts workshops, yoga classes and more.

Ol Fashioned Christmas
November 30th
Starting at 9am
Festival of Wreaths & Mini Trees: Please come and enjoy the beautifully decorated wreaths and mini trees from 9am-7pm. Tickets can be purchased to win these decorated items. Tickets will be sold for a $1 a ticket or $5 for 6 tickets.
Make & Take Crafts: We will have three fun christmas crafts for children to make from 9am-11am. This is a free event but donations are always appreciated.
Soup Luncheon: From 11:30am-1:00pm you can come and enjoy soup, drinks, and dessert for a donation of $5 per person.
Coffeehouse: Jennalynn Cisna will be back this year to perform from 7pm-8pm. We will have an Open Mic starting at 8pm. Delicious snacks and coffee will be provided. This event is free but donations are always appreciated.
